Led Zeppelin's Whole Lotta Love set to be shortened

Washington (ANI): A strain sung by famous English rock banding Led Zeppelin is reportedly set to be cut, as Olympics organisers take in found it to be too long. According to Britain's Daily Telegraph, the song from Led Zeppelin's classic lead 'Whole Lotta Love' is to be cut when Leona Lewis sings it during the closing ceremony.

And bosses of the sporting event have claimed that it is as well long to be performed in full by guitar player Jimmy Page and British TV gift show victor Lewis at the event on Sunday (24Aug08), reports Contactmusic.

It was revealed by officials in London, who are charged with organising the 2012 Olympics in the city, that Lewis asked for the words of the third verse to be changed from "I'm gonna give you every inch of my love" to "every bit" of my love because the original would not make sense for a female singer.
